Types of Projects We Complete

Residential work covers roof replacement with metal and asphalt roofing, roof repairs after storms and leaks, roof inspections, siding, attic insulation, and gutter work including gutter protection and leaf guards. On commercial buildings we work with steel roofs, flat roofs, single ply systems and rubber roofing systems.

Many jobs combine more than one of these. A roof replacement is often the right time to replace worn gutters, add gutter protection or repair siding that has taken years of runoff, so the whole exterior is finished together.

Where Our Projects Are

Projects come from Troy, Dayton, Huber Heights, Englewood, Trotwood, West Milton, Greenville, Piqua, Tipp City and Brookville, and from the Columbus area. Every one of them started with a homeowner or property owner calling our Troy office. Most of the work is within a short drive of Troy, across Miami, Darke and Montgomery counties. The business has served this part of Ohio since 1965 and is veteran-owned and Latino-owned.
